KM Fitness Powerlifting Program

This program is one that is mostly focused on bodybuilding style training (hypertrophy/muscle building) while incorporating the “Big 3” lifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) by using my knowledge and expertise in the Powerlifting world. This style training is how I first started in fitness, fell in love with lifting weights, and ultimately saw the most progress in my body! Combining this style training with properly tracking food and eating the right amount of macronutrients has proven to be extremely effective for my clients, and I’d love to pass that success on to you!



All programming comes with access to an app called TrueCoach where all your workouts are posted and updated weekly. Example videos are linked to each movement, and you’re able upload videos directly to the TrueCoach app for form review and feedback from me. The biggest difference between this option and the Challenge is the one-on-one feedback you receive as well as customization to your own specific goals and needs.

You’ll get access to me via text and e-mail for whenever you may need me. This program also comes with weekly check-ins and feedback via a progress tracker I send you as well as video replies to your check-ins.
