how to compete

Athletes can snatch, clean, work out and video record their performances to be submitted along with their scores inside the ChallengeMe app. Once your video is submitted the community will vote whether or not they believe your video is valid or not.

Please note all athletes are advised to film their performances—even if the athlete performs the workout in an affiliate in front of a judge—since a video record of all workouts is required in order to claim any prize.
