Here Are Some Easy First Steps to Get Your Program Up and Running Using ChallengeMe

When you first log in, your dashboard will be empty…

That’s okay, it just means the software is ready to be utilized to bring your program to life. Follow these steps to begin your simple, stress-free experience in uploading, managing, and getting your community to engage with your exclusive content.

1.) UPLOAD CONTENT IN THE “MY CONTENT” SECTION.

This is the 3rd button on the left, go ahead and click on it, then you’ll notice the green “+ Add content” button on the right side of your screen. After clicking, follow the steps: pick the content category, add tags, select a scoring metric to make a workout more competitive, or select “for completion” to encourage participation, then input divisions to divide up the leaderboard (Skill level, age groups, etc). Once you have input all the data, go ahead, and upload the content to your content library where it will be stored for future use.

2.) POPULATE CONTENT IN THE CONTENT CALENDAR USING THE “CONTENT MANAGEMENT” SECTION.

In this section, you will see a calendar view that allows you to plan for your program weeks, months, or even years ahead. The calendar will prompt you to schedule out your content with “add” buttons on each individual day for all three categories. If you click on the “Add” button, you will be able to select the content you just created for each appropriate category.

3.) CREATE A TEST CHALLENGE USING THE “CREATE A CHALLENGE” BUTTON.

This is a great way to get started and get your community familiar with the user experience through the mobile application. The Challenge will appear on each individual’s mobile experience for the duration of the challenge.

4.) IT’S TIME: GO AHEAD AND INVITE YOUR COMMUNITY!

From the “Manage Users” section, you can now start inviting users into the system. This can be done one by one by inputting individual email addresses which can be effective when first testing out the platform with your own internal beta test OR you can use the “+ upload a CSV file” to invite your entire member base at the push of a button! (* A CSV. file is an excel file with every email you wish to add listed in the very first column of the sheet, no title necessary.) Everyone invited will receive an email and can then accept the invite, download the app, and gain access to your private online community!

** When using the CSV. function you will notice that everyone on the list did not receive the email right away, that is normal, these long lists send out in segments and may take a few minutes. After all the emails on that list are sent they will appear in your “pending” section until a user has received the email and created an account. If someone lets you know that they lost or can not find the email you can use the “gear” icon next to their email address to resend them an invite.
