Challenge Details
to be eligible to win

  • Teams of 2. Male/Male | Female/Female
  • 100 Bear Complexes for time
  • Pro division weight 185 for male and 125 for female
  • Lite division weight 95 for male and 65 for female
  • Team must share the same Barbell. Only one team member can touch the barbell at a time.
  • Must video record weight on Barbell before challenge begins
  • Unbroken reps are allowed
  • After 100 Bear Complexs you and your partner have to challenge three other people to create their team of two and compete.
  • You and your partner have to share your video on Instagram and or Facebook.

Movement Standards:

Power Clean: Squat cleans are NOT allowed. Complete at full hip and knee extension.

Front Squat: Knees must be at or below 90 degrees.

Push Press: Complete at full hip, knee and arm extension.

Back Squat: Knees must be at or below 90 degrees.

Winner Determination:

All results must be uploaded before 11:59pm cst on January 15th. ChallengeMe and Bear Komplex will review and verify the winning submissions by January 20th. 

In the event of a tie:

Winner will be decided based on the first team to 50 reps. If there is a tie at 50 reps the team that submitted their results first will be crowned champion.

Winners:

Winner is responsible for applicable taxes. Domestic winners, shipping will be covered. Winners will be required to follow post prize social media outline.


International Winners:

Winners are responsible for customs and duties. For bikes and grills, winners are responsible for paying for shipment.
